Kickboxing workout generator

My kickboxing gym closed due to the pandemic. Since then I’ve been trying to work out on my own but there has been one stumbling block and it's not about having the skill or the proper form:

I need to be told what to do.

The class is divided into six 3-minute rounds. Before the start of each round, the instructor goes over the combination with the sequence and tips. Working out at home has been difficult without being given the combos for each round.

I started searching around for kickboxing workout plans. I googled, went to Pinterest, and checked youtube. I was able to find a couple of different plans but that's just not useful if I’m going to be working out at the park.

What I want was just a simple instruction card with the combo for each round. I want to have a different workout every day, and have each combo flow properly.

There should also be warmup rounds where the strikes are not too complex and give my muscles time to warm up.

After a few hours of searching, I gave up. There was nothing out there.

So I built it.

I’m a web developer so I’ve decided to spend a little time fixing this problem for every kickboxing enthusiast out there.

So now it’s out there free for everyone to use. It costs me $13 for the domain registration every year and $100/year of web hosting.
